CoC Builds NOFO Now Available

HUD has released the FY 2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), making $100 million available to support the new construction, acquisition, and rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Applications must be submitted through e-snaps and included on the CoC's Priority Listing by the Collaborative Applicant. Each CoC may submit one application (with limited exceptions for Tribal projects).
